Ingredients

  • 1 Serving Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 2 tbsp Nut Butter (your choicce)
  • 1-2 tbsp Flaxseed or Chia (or 1 Serving Raw Fiber Powder)
  • 1/4 Cup Blueberries
  • 2 Cup Nut Milk (no sugar added)

Instructions
